Diplomatic sparring turns to military maneuvering as Somalia increases troops on Ethiopian border. Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) holds summit in Minsk to discuss unity, already resulting in cooperation agreements between Kyrgyzstan and Belarus. Despite Russian powerful influence, Georgia's primary focus remains joining the E.U. and NATO.
